Personal Care Workers - Night Shift

You will provide holistic, safe, effective, quality and personalised care to our residents which is consistent with our Anthem Values. This will include but not be limited to, assisting residents with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, communication, eating mobility and social activities in accordance with the resident’s nursing care plan. Wellbeing Coordinator (Diversional Therapy) – Full time

The Wellbeing Coordinator leads a team responsible for creating and implementing stimulating individual and group programs that are meaningful, enjoyable and promotes the achievement of each resident’s individual Care Plan Goals. These programs are regularly reviewed, varied, balanced and assist in achieving evidence-based resident Care Plan Goals. This position includes assisting the Anthem Team with identifying the individual activity needs of each resident based on interests, preferences and abilities. Registered Nurses - Part Time

Anthem Care has developed an innovative model of care and are inviting experienced RN’s in clinical and aged care to lead a team of dedicated care staff. Our Registered Nurses are an integral part of Anthem Care’s high quality care team who provide supervision, leadership, mentoring and coaching. Physiotherapist

Anthem Care requires a physiotherapist to take the time to first understand and then meet the needs of all stakeholders - the residents, Anthem Care, and all care staff. At Anthem Care, a successful physiotherapist would be:
  • Using and applying evidence based assessment tools
  • Keeping detailed documentation of site processes in Anthem Care resident management software to ensure consistency in times of annual leave, sickness, etc
  • A thorough understanding and application of ongoing ACFI assessments
  • Experience in self directed utilisation of effective time management in delivering quality resident care and mandatory assessments and evaluations

Registered Nurse - Part Time

Successful applicants will have utmost respect, empathy and a passion for aged care. Training and support will be provided to assist in developing clinical and management skills. Positions are casual with a view to permanent in the future.  You will have:
  • Up to date AHPRA registration;
  • Experience with Lee Care (beneficial);
  • Experience working within an aged care or similar environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent clinical documentation skills;
  • Prior ACFI experience;

Cook - Part Time

As a passionate food enthusiast in our main kitchen, you will be part of a team that believes in flavoursome food and is forward thinking, looking beyond just preparing meals. On a day to day basis you will:
  • Be able to cook a variety of Traditional Australian meals daily, themed special events and treats
  • Assist other chefs where necessary
  • Work on projects as assigned by the Head Chef
  • Work to the Food Safety Standards
  • Train and develop within a supported environment
