The support plan will include a unique referral code which you will need to provide to us. This assists us in determining the best location within the facility and level of care needed. Click HERE for details on how to apply for an ACAT. At Anthem we have 123 full care beds. The cost for this additional service is $2.00 per day. Personalised Air Conditioning Operation: The standard service provides air conditioning regulated by a centrally programmed system. The additional service enables the in-room controller, allowing the resident to independently adjust the temperature to their preferred comfort level. If assistance is required, staff can set the controller according to the resident’s preferences. The daily cost of this additional service is $3.50 per day. A la Carte meal selections: This additional service allows residents to customise their meal selections, including ingredient choices, portion sizes and meal frequency. The daily cost of this is $7.00 per day. Daily Care Fee charges increase on the 20 March & 20 September each year. What is the maximum permissible interest rate (MPIR)? The MPIR is a government-set interest rate used to calculate a daily accommodation payment based on your agreed room price - currently 8.17%.
