Explanation of payment options: Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.
Room description: These rooms differ from the standard rooms by being oversized, although they do not have separate, defined sleeping and lounge areas. Each room features display joinery, built-in cupboards, a kitchenette, and a washing machine. They are also equipped with quality carpets and window furnishings. All rooms include a private ensuite with accessible aids. While the Silver Rooms offer features similar to the Gold Rooms, they are slightly smaller and may have internal views, making them less premium than the Gold group. The rooms are equipped with hospital-style beds and smart TVs for added comfort and convenience.

Common areas description: The facility offers multiple lounge areas throughout for the comfort and relaxation of our residents. Each building features dining areas for residents to enjoy meals together. Verandas, courtyards, and pathways are available for outdoor activities, providing a peaceful environment for residents to engage with nature. Additionally, all our buildings and outdoor pathways are fully wheelchair accessible. 
Specific accommodation or design features:Our lounge areas are designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring libraries, gas log fires, and TV & DVD setups for movie viewing. There are several cozy areas for sitting, unwinding, and socialising with friends and family, as well as outdoor seating. We also have a dedicated hairdressing salon for your beauty needs, as well as a gym where our physiotherapist can provide personalised treatments. All buildings are equipped with air-conditioning and climate control for both heating and cooling.  Additionally, all our buildings and outdoor pathways are fully wheelchair accessible.
Additional care and services included in room price:The room price includes a variety of services to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of our residents. Our dedicated Lifestyle Team produce a monthly activity calendar with daily events, ranging from Tai Chi, concerts from local musicians, pop- café and high teas, and bus outings. We also have seasonal events such as Spring Fairs, Easter & Christmas Markets plus many more fun-filled activities for our residents to enjoy.  Our dedicated chefs prepare fresh, homemade meals daily, offering a range of options including lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas, along with a supper service. We also hold seasonal Food Focus groups where residents can sample new recipes and help shape the next season's menu.
Additional care and services available at additional cost: Additional care and services are available for an extra cost, including hairdressing at our salon and physiotherapy at our onsite gym. We can also arrange escorts and transportation to accompany residents to specialist appointments when family members are unavailable. Additionally, we have regular visits from a podiatrist, mobile dentist, and optometrist. Residents can enjoy a daily à la carte menu with a variety of options, allowing them to customise their meals by adding or removing side dishes and selecting portion sizes. Certain room types are equipped with washer/dryers, allowing residents or staff to do laundry in-room. These rooms also feature individual temperature control for air conditioning in areas where not centrally controlled.
